Grand Tirolia Golf & Ski Resort – 5 star luxury right at Eichenheim golf course

The resort is situated directly on the 18 – hole Eichenheim golf course and was opened in summer 2009. 60 rooms, with nine different categories provide a feeling of wellbeing. Amongst the features are an events room with show stage, seminar rooms, two restaurants which have a large sun terrace, golf bistro, a 1500 metre square spa which has a fitness room, its own golf course with golf school, golf clubhouse and pro shop, and in winter there is a cross-country slope which runs around the hotel.

Cuisine-wise, be indulged in the hotel restaurant, the golf bistro or in the gourmet restaurant “Petit Tirolia” by head chef Bobby Bräuer.  Witzigmann-trained in Munich Bobby Bräuer, who has already awarded “one star” in Munich, Düsseldorf and Berlin, provides enticing classic-French cuisine with Mediterranean influences – the menu is framed by offerings from a wine cellar, stocked with over 800 top-quality wines from all over the world.

The internationally renowned star cook Bobby Bräuer in collaboration with the food and beverage chef Patric Neeser, will spoil all gourmet fans at the Golf Eichenheim and Grand Tirolia Gourmet Restaurant from autumn 2008. By contrast, Boris Becker is an expert in the field of tennis but he will be as well a guest at the Mercedes-Benz Kitzbühel Golf Open. Grand Tirolia and Kitzbühel are also working on future tennis events within the region. At the moment, the town of Kitzbühel and Tirol's regional authorities are discussing a new master plan for further tennis highlights.
